Arihant Anaika

Arihant Anaika is a carefully planned residential area in Taloja, Navi Mumbai, covering about 16.5 acres and having been carried out in several phases. The project includes thoughtfully designed 1 and 2 BHK homes together with a wide variety of lifestyle facilities, landscaped open spaces and recreational facilities. Because of its good location it is possible to easily reach Taloja Metro Station, the main road networks, schools, hospitals, markets and all other everyday conveniences.

The Arihant Anaika 7 project will be carried out on a plot of 2.5 acres and will include two towers, W and X, extending to the stilt level with 22 storeys. The new phase will provide 1 BHK, 1 BHK-O and 2 BHK-O types of residences, together with lifestyle facilities, recreational facilities and easy access to metro connectivity. Since the larger Arihant Anaika development occupies 16.5 acres, this new phase is part of the already existing residential community in Taloja.
